The operation, conducted by the Police Commissariat no. 6.
Suspected narcotic substances and plants cannabis sativa are seized, bags that serve to divide the narcotics into doses, combs and ammunition.
Father and son are handcuffed, the other son is prosecuted at large.
Services of the Police Commissariat no. 6, following the work to crack down on illegality, based on the information received on the operational road, successfully organized and finalized the police operation codenamed “Processing”.
As a result of this operation, the citizens were arrested in flagrante delicto:
– Zh. M., 47 years old and FM, 21 years old (father and son), for the criminal offenses “Production and sale of narcotics”, “Cultivation of narcotic plants” and “Illegal possession and production of weapons, explosive weapons and ammunition”, performed in collaboration.
The other son, citizen MM, 16 years old, was also prosecuted at large.
During the control exercised in the residence of these citizens, in “Hamdi Cenoimeri” street, the Police services found and seized, as material evidence, suspected narcotic cannabis sativa, suspected narcotic cannabis sativa plants, planted in the ground and in vases, bags used to divide narcotics into doses, combs and ammunition.
These citizens, in cooperation with each other, after cultivating narcotic plants in their apartment, prepared the narcotics in doses, which they then sold in different areas of the city of Tirana.
The materials were forwarded to the Prosecutor’s Office for further procedural actions.
