Pictures of the house that was discovered today in Kashar, where cannabis-type narcotics were produced, have been published.
As can be seen in the picture, the house is three-storey, where two of its floors were used for the production of cannabis by means of lamps.
In the framework of this operation, the following family members were arrested in flagrante delicto: Luan Sulaj 44 years old, Ylli Sulaj 47 years old, Xhevrie Sulaj 69 years old, Shqipe Sulaj 38 years old who are accused of the criminal offense “Cultivation of narcotic plants” committed in collaboration. Xhevrie Sulaj is the mother of Shqipe Sulaj and Ylli Sulaj while Luan Sulaj is their relative.
Two OSHEE employees were also arrested: Lutfi Basha, 45 years old, resident in Tirana, with billing duty at OSHEE, for the criminal offense “Abuse of duty” and Rifat Kuçi, resident in Tirana, with electricity duty at OSHEE- for the criminal offense “Abuse of duty”.
During the operation, 253 cannabis plants grown in pots, electric feeders, electric bulbs, coolers and 6 mobile devices were seized.
