In the letter, the head of the socialist parliamentary group Taulant Balla says that in 2017, the Assembly submitted the final report of the Commission of Inquiry to the General Prosecutor’s Office for criminal prosecution according to the conclusions of the report.
In relation to this report, they ask to be informed about the state or level of the proceedings, if it has been transferred to the Special Prosecution Office against Organized Crime and Corruption.
