Armando Duka can continue to exercise the duty of the president of FSHF normally, until the Court of Tirana decided to lift the suspension measure for him.
Duke was re-elected to the concluding assembly on March 15, but remained awaiting the withdrawal of the measure to continue working normally and then to register in court the decisions issued by that assembly, already after this decision of the Court can be fully dedicated to duty.
On the other hand, the Court of Tirana has also revoked the suspension measure for the General Secretary of the ALF, Ilir Shulku, while the suspension measure for the other member of the ALF, Ardian Haçi, has been left in force.
Anyway, the football institution is now returning to its normal functioning with all the new directors one and re-elected by the general electoral assembly of March this year.
