Situation in the last 24 hours, as follows: 2,651 tests were performed, of which 303 citizens tested positive for COVID19 in the following municipalities:
118 in Tirana, 29 in Berat, 18 in Lushnje, 12 in Vlora, 11 in Durrës, 8 in Prrenjas, 7 in Fier, Saranda, Kuçovë, 6 in Mallakastër, Delvinë, Gramsh, 5 in Shkodër, 4 in Kukës, Kurbin, Memaliaj, Peqin, Gjirokastër, Dropull, 3 in Tropojë, Vora, Kavaja, Patos, Skrapar, Elbasan, 2 in Mirditë, Krujë, Kamëz, Rroskovec, Divjakë, Maliq, 1 in Has, Lezhë, Shijak, Dibër, Himarë, Korça, Dimal, Poliçan, Belsh, Përmet.
There are 5,406 active COVID19 patients nationwide.
Currently 89 patients are receiving treatment in COVID hospitals, of which 15 are in more serious condition. In the last 24 hours despite the efforts of the medical staff there is a loss of life with SARS-COV2 positive, a citizen from Kurbin 66 years old. The Ministry of Health and Social Protection expressed its condolences to the families.
1,066 citizens have been cured in the last 24 hours, bringing the number of cured to 261,065 since the beginning of the epidemic.
