Alibeaj, deputy chairman of the Democratic Party, describes the December 11 Assembly convened by former Prime Minister Berisha as a ‘hypocritical scene’.

Alibeaj: When it comes to meeting a forum which acts on the basis of the vote, the result, the most basic question is was there a quorum, how much was this quorum? We changed the statute, we dismissed the presidency, we dismissed the National Council, the heads of the branches.
Harxhi: No branch president has been fired, absolutely not! The National Council has not been fired either!
Alibeaj: We changed the seal, we changed the coat of arms. For all these, how many voted for, how many voted against, how many abstained?

Recall that, the Commission for the Re-establishment of the Democratic Party this Wednesday brought to court the statutory changes approved by the National Assembly on December 11.
A fundamental change of the statute according to Berisha’s people has to do with the article that any act of the DP bodies undertaken before the entry into force of this Statute and that is contrary to its provisions, is automatically repealed with the entry into force of the Statute . So Berisha wants to reverse Basha’s decision to expel him.
