Prime Minister Edi Rama spoke about the purity of the candidates who will participate in the elections of April 25, saying that there is a law that deals with the functioning of this issue.
Rama stressed that there have been problems with some individuals who have been addressed while adding that we should not fall prey to this mud to immerse each other daily. Among other things, he stressed that this topic has become an unbearable song by criminalizing the deputies of socialists and other parties.
Rama: I have the impression that my memory works correctly when I say that communism died in 1910 in Albania and also the witch hunt ended in 1910 as the philosophy of the state, power, society. These questions seem out of place, meaningless, irrelevant because really what is to be regretted is that while in the Albanian Parliament I have seen and see many women ladies with all the attributes to be highly respected, okay from every point of view related to this topic, this topic has become an unbearable song by completely criminalizing a whole group of people and here I am not talking only about the socialist deputies but about all the deputies of other parties.
Of course we have had problems with some individuals, they have been addressed, we have a law to directly address this phenomenon and it is very clear that our interest is to give Albanians the opportunity to choose potential candidates. What are these questions? This whole story seems completely banal to me. I understand that our friends and partners say and ask in support of a process that continues and is guaranteed. We should not fall prey to all this mudslinging where we submerge each other every day because they have passed into the background and third and last are those who make the laws in Albania. There are honorable people who work, who did the justice reform, who did all the reforms? Criminals? Is Excessive.
