Kosovar judoka, Distria Krasniqi, has won a gold medal in the “Grand Prix” competition that is taking place in Portugal, announces the Judo Federation of Kosovo.
Krasniqi defeated Croatian competitor Ana Viktorija Puljiz in the final.
Last year Krasniqi won gold medals at the Olympic Games, which took place in Tokyo, Japan.
On December 18, 2021, Krasniqi was named “World’s Best Judoist” by the International Judo Federation.
Her selection was made through a vote organized by the International Judo Federation.
