Democratic Party reports to SPAK representatives of the “Berisha” movement for forging the PD stamp.
They are MPs Belind Këlliçi, Edmond Spaho, Albana Vokshi, Ivi Kaso and Ervin Minarolli.
It is about the criminal offense of “Forgery of stamps, seals or forms” committed in collaboration, provided by Article 190 paragraph 2 and 25 of the Criminal Code.
The report addressed to SPAK states that these are persons who have held positions in the DP, are aware of the rules of the statute and have committed the criminal offense of using the seal and symbols to achieve their goals, despite being aware of the consequences legal.
DP has filed the report in SPAK, as three of the defendants are members of the Albanian Parliament.
