As a result of quick professional actions, the driver of the vehicle, citizen EN, 45 years old, resident in Tirana, was identified and escorted to the premises of Police Station no. 3 and was tested drager and with the drug-testing apparatus and it turned out that he was driving under the influence of alcohol and narcotics.
At the end of the procedural actions, this citizen was arrested in flagrante delicto, for the criminal offenses “Irregular driving”, “Violation of traffic rules” and “Leaving the scene of the accident”, and the Judicial District Court Tirana has imposed the security measure “Prison arrest” on him.
Also, this citizen had his driving license suspended for 24 months, 15 points were deducted from his driving license and an administrative measure of 35,000 new lek was imposed on him.
