Maksim Qoku, Vice President of the HJC: “By joining the courts that are close to each other and do not violate the access that is strongly opposed, but a citizen does not need a court that is close to him, but does not offer quality judgment.”
The Durrës Chamber of Advocates requested that the map be reviewed and that the administrative and appellate courts in Durrës not be merged, due to the socio-economic power and problems that this region has, while the high workload and delays in the trial are created by the lack of judges. .
At the meeting it was stated that the judicial system is in a very serious condition, with many problems and that the new court map does not solve these problems and those created by vetting. The new court map envisages 12 courts of first instance, 2 administrative courts in Tirana and Fier, as well as 1 appellate court in Tirana.
