Celibashi: The code has not regulated it but in my concept it is valid that there will be some rules for the conduct of public administration. These are elections and some principles related to the fairness of the electoral process must be respected. We are working and I believe we will have an adjustment as far as the time and nature of the election requires.

Celibashi: We have the entire database for operators. We have and intend that the same people work as operators in these elections, if they will have an interest. We have established some contacts. We are building the whole coordination scheme. If 100% of those who worked as operators would prefer to work, we would fix a lot of things, I believe it would be simpler in this regard. For management and training, and we already have some experience. The only problem is the device itself. We have a number of backup devices, about 500 but the rest has to come from the data disposal process. Today we are working on this. We continue to have company assistance, but have been flexible nonetheless.
