Denaj: Banks are regulated according to international practices, are the conditions set by the procedures of each bank. The bank does its job. In a way we are talking about a 31-year history. We discussed it a year ago, one by one the law on a fiscal amnesty, we talked that the initiatives have been taken before. There are 7 stories of the amnesty process, which did not work. Not being a criminal amnesty, they were to no avail. In Albania, those who are formalized are counted by fingers. Being formalized is good governance. If we talk that the business model should be different, we are facing informalization which is not easy. Formalization is needed to bring in more revenue. Fiscalization has to happen. We can no longer lend to a business that does not reflect fiscal statements, but we have lent to businesses. There is a discussion, which relates to how it will be implemented. It’s not just us who have done the amnesty, it’s Italy.
