The Minister of Education and Sports Evis Kushi has given a long-awaited news for the students of the Institute of Children who do not Listen.
This school year, for the first time, there will be a secondary school for these students who finish the ninth grade, supporting them to become more capable of their lives, to acquire a profession, to better integrate into society and in the labor market, as well as to contribute more to society.

“During one of the visits I made to the Institute of Deaf Children, I was reminded of the request of Anisa and Casey, two students of this school who finished the ninth grade and wanted to continue high school like all their peers.
Today I am happy to share with them, as well as all the wonderful students of this institute, the long-awaited news that finally, after many years of requests from teachers and parents, we have decided to open a high school for deaf students in the field of learning Technology and ICT.
Since September of this year, all students who finish the ninth grade in this institute will no longer stay at home, but will have the opportunity to continue their studies and gain a profession, to become more capable for life theirs, to be integrated and to contribute more to society”.
