Democrat leader Lulzim Basha seems to have taken good measures to protect the blue headquarters, after the January 8 protest announced by Sali Berisha.
In recently published photos, he has placed an armored door at the side entrance of the building, after installing some additional cameras.
Work has been going on for days in the blue headquarters, while the Re-Establishment Group of the Democratic Party, Berisha supporters, have not been allowed to enter the building.
January 5 was the last day of the deadline set by Berisha for the current chairman of the Democratic Party, Lulzim Basha to leave office, after according to him he was dismissed with a free vote by 4446 delegates of the National Assembly of the Democratic Party, dated 11 December 2021 and from 44 thousand members of the DP, who participated in the Democratic Party Referendum of 18 December 2021.
Basha not only did not submit to the set ultimatum, but also did not allow the members of the Provisional Commission for the Re-establishment of the Democratic Party, supporters of Berisha, to enter the headquarters.
The complicated situation for months within the DP, seems to have no end, as it gets worse day by day.
On the other hand, according to the General Secretary of the Democratic Party, Gazment Bardhi, the protest called by Berisha is a call for violence, which favors only the government, led by Prime Minister Edi Rama.
While this Wednesday, Aldo Bumçi part of the Provisional Re-establishment Group said that the bunker will be released on Saturday and will return to the house of the Democrats.
It is not yet known what will happen on Saturday, in the protest announced by Berisha, whether there will be scenes of violence or a peaceful protest.
