Fraud and illegality in the elections of the Regional Association of Durrës, the chairman and member of KF Erzeni are prosecuted

The president of the association of the Erzeni Football Club, Fundim Dollaku and the member of the association are accused of the criminal offenses “Fraud”, “Abuse of competencies” and “Abuse of duty”.

A report was made against them by the Directorate of Many Sports in the Municipality of Shijak. Recall that this week, the Regional Association of Durres opened the doors of elections in regional associations, which precede the elections of the ALF.

Altion Keçi, who made the report, spoke to Top Channel, saying that he is convinced of his accusations and that he will wait for the prosecution to investigate and further clarify the violations committed.

The director of the multi-sport club Altion Keçi submitted to the prosecutor the criminal report against Fundim Dollaku, as the person who has represented the club in the elections of the association.

Dollaku during the elections held at the meeting of the Regional Association of Durres has been a representative of the club “Erzeni” and has been elected as a delegate with the right to vote for the elections in the AFF where the current leader A. Duka aims for a sixth term.

Keçi in the capacity of the director of the club “Erzeni” denounces Dollaku who, as stated in the report “in conditions of absolute illegality has represented the football club Erzeni in the regional association Durrës without any legal tag and unauthorized by him as leader, the club assembly or by the mayor of Shijak Elton Arbana ”.

Dollak’s actions are considered illegal and in terms of abuse of office. The Prosecution has recorded the report and is expected to call the denouncer and the denounced to further clarify this situation that has disturbed the waters on the eve of the elections in the Football Federation.
