Luigji’s new neighborhood is a model, it has 522 apartments, 12,000 square meters of green space, 388 parking spaces and 37 service units. At the beginning of the new year, the doors of the house will be opened for 522 Lacian families. The Director of Urbanism, in the Municipality of Lac, Benard Paja says that these are the highest quality buildings in Albania, because here we have an intelligent house that is commanded by a tablet which gives all the information about the apartment.
“The tablet gives us information if we have a gas leak, alerts us to the security system, tells us if we have messages downstairs, enables us to communicate more easily with the occupants of the building and the whole house is on this small screen,” said Benard Paja.
At the beginning of the new year, the doors of the house will be opened to receive 522 Lacian families.
