Jemin Gjana, supporter of the current chairman of the Democratic Party, Lulzim Basha, in the meeting held at the blue headquarters where it was decided to dismiss former Prime Minister Sali Berisha and his supporters from the Democratic Party, said that the Re-establishment Group created by this the latter should be excluded!
Further, Gjana stated in the meeting that Berisha is not similar to any world leader in history and that he knows him very well! He went on to compare it with the year back in 1997, recalling that the DP has formed an opposition with 17 deputies.
“We know him (Berisha) well. There is no one like any world leader in history to do this to his party. The Re-establishment Group should be excluded altogether! I remember the story of ’97, with Genc Pollo and our group left with 17 deputies, and we became the opposition and kept the PD. We went to the field and faced the gangs and set up the party communicating and listening. This is not even 1/3 of what happened to the DP in 1997 “, said Gjana.
