The Minister of Justice, Etilda Gjonaj, stated at the conference “Justice we want” that the Justice Reform has laid a solid foundation to permanently save the judiciary from the clutches of corruption and brought light to the end of the tunnel for Albania.
Gjonaj said that the reform has been a daily challenge and according to her the opposition that has made an agreement today is against this reform.
“Let me now say that Justice Reform, an idea turned into a vision, is a reality today. To give the citizens a reform that only the SP could conceive and implement. We have had as our main topic in these eight years the justice reform, which brought light to the end of the tunnel. Through this reform we have laid a solid foundation to forever save the judiciary from the clutches of corruption. There have been attempts to stop him. Despite this the reform is unstoppable.
Its results are evidence that all citizens see. Justice reform has been a daily challenge and struggle. They have always been two arms like two worlds. We and the other party that hit him. It is these other parties that have joined in a political and interest contract. It brings together fears of justice reform.
The new justice system is based on a legal framework. It was further empowered by the anti-KCK package. “All this just to keep strong and to save justice from corrupt judges”, said Gjonaj.
