The Government of the Republic of Kosovo says that by fighting corruption at the border, they have stopped the import of smuggled goods that enrich criminals, groups and individuals associated with them, which damage the budget by evading taxes and harm businesses by distorting competition.
The government in a post on Facebook, wrote that revenues from Kosovo Customs are 1.37 billion euros or 320 million more than last year.
This, according to the Government, has been done without changes in fiscal policies.
