Former PD official, Zana Guxholli was involved in a debate with MP Grida Duma on the show “Open” while talking about the future of the Democratic Party after the resignation of Lulzim Basha.
Guxholli says that the House of Freedom cannot be left alone to Sali Berisha as he is a historical leader. Among other things, he adds that they should wait for leadership and achieve everything with a free vote.
Zana Guxholli: I do not agree with the Duma, he put the House of Freedom to Berisha that the PD has created. Let’s not become ignorant, electoral alliances are not parties. We have won other times with electoral alliances. You said to Berisha that I keep the House of Freedom and we keep the Democratic Party, that is how it was understood.
Grida Duma: I never said that.
Zana Guxholli: I do not say and I love your words, but that’s how it was understood. Maybe you should clarify better and it does not seem moral to me to say a historical leader, leave now that we will come. All of you who aspire to leadership, come with the free vote of the Democrats and then fight for the vote of all Albanians to defeat Rama.
