Losing the title in the final race of the season and moreover in its last lap while you have been for the most part leading the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix, must have left its mark on Lewis Hamilton.
And, in fact this must have happened even though the Briton tried to hide it by congratulating Max Verstappen for the title, again the Briton left traces as he did not appear at the ceremony organized by the FIA, and recently decided not to attend on his Instagram account, Formula 1.
A gesture of anger, as it seems the 36-year-old seeks to forget the latest episodes and use his free time to deal with something other than speed and debates over who deserved the final triumph.
Also interesting is the fact that on social media, Hamilton follows all of his fellow pilots, except for his biggest rival Max Verstappen last season, as the two often even exceeded the limits by colliding.
