Cosmetic products such as cannabis creams or oils are mainly not produced in Albania and imported here, although their marketing in the country is prohibited by applicable law.

But after the denunciation of Top Channel before this supervisory institution, he took measures by fining from 5 million to 10 million old lekë traders who have placed on the market without permission a product unsafe for human health and have not notified the Ministry of Health for the marketing of these cosmetic products.

Seller: We buy these in Italy, we do not produce them ourselves. They are certified products, they have no side effects, they are herbal. The oil is processed overseas, it does not mean that it is prohibited by law, that we are not selling cannabis here. It is cannabis oil dear, it helps it is healing. It is allowed all over the world.

“They can be certified in the country of origin, but this a priori does not apply to the Albanian market.
