The court of Tirana has imposed the measure “prison arrest” for the citizen identified with the initials SK
He is charged with two criminal offenses “Domestic Violence” and “Sexual Harassment”. Earlier this month, on March 4, his wife, identified as BK, filed a criminal complaint against the physical violence systematically exercised for 15 years by her husband.
While their minor daughter, MK, has claimed the violence exercised by her father against the mother and has stated that the latter has sexually harassed her.
The Court of the Tirana Judicial District has decided:
-Valuation as lawful of the flagrante delicto arrest of the person under investigation SK
-Issignment of the security measure “Prison arrest”, provided by article 238 of the Criminal Code against the person under investigation SK
The case on appeal was examined on the basis of a complaint made by the person under investigation with the initials SK
Subsequently, the Tirana Court of Appeals, composed of Judge Mrs. Elona Toro, with decision no. 268, dated 25.03.2022 decided:
