New details have come to light regarding the arrest of the director of the prison in Rec, Shkodra, Ervis Zika.
Journalist Anila Hoxha told Top Channel that the investigations carried out by the ICSB resulted in Zika signing a fictitious travel card, actions which he carried out for profit.
