Tirana police have discovered a drug laboratory in Ndroq. In the framework of the “Pinet” operation, the criminal activity in the field of cultivation of narcotic plants was hit by means of lamps.

Following the work for the prevention, identification and crackdown on criminal activity in the field of narcotics, the services of the Police Commissariat no. 6 in cooperation with the Regional Directorate of the Police Supervision Agency Tirana, based on the information received on the operational road, that near the mosque, in the village Pinet, Ndroq, a citizen had adapted the apartment, as an environment for cultivation of narcotic plants in laboratory conditions cannabis sativa, organized and finalized the police operation codenamed “Pinet”.
As part of this operation, the following citizens were arrested:
– ED, 29 years old for the criminal offenses “Cultivation of narcotic plants” and “Theft of electricity or telephone impulses” committed in collaboration;
– QH, 47 years old, electrician at OSHEE, for the criminal offense “Abuse of duty”;
– EM, 26 years old, with invoicing duty at OSHEE for the criminal offenses “Abuse of duty” and “Organization of illegal lotteries”.
The head of the village of Pinet, citizen EK, 61 years old, was also prosecuted for the criminal offense “Abuse of duty”.
Also, by the Regional Directorate of AMP Tirana, the employee of the Police of Commissariat no. 6:

Also in the framework of this operation, was declared wanted for the criminal offenses “Cultivation of narcotic plants” and “Theft of electricity or telephone impulses” committed in collaboration, the citizen R. Xh., 32 years old, who had rented this flat.
The citizen R. Xh., The apartment rented by her, together with the citizen ED, who was caught in the apartment during the intervention of the Police services, had adapted it for the cultivation of narcotic plants by means of lamps, while the employees of OSHEE , have not ascertained the illegal electricity connections in this environment, in the area they had in the monitoring.

During the operation, 247 cannabis plants grown in pots, 45 electric feeders, 46 electric bulbs, 11 coolers, the amount of 120,000 new lek and 7 mobile phones were seized.
The procedural materials were referred to the Prosecutor’s Office at the Court of First Instance in Tirana, for the criminal offenses “Cultivation of narcotic plants” committed in collaboration, “Theft of electricity”, “Abuse of duty” and “Organizing illegal lotteries.”
