An old manager of Hollywood figures was found murdered yesterday in the trunk of her car in the US.
The murder of 55-year-old Angela ‘Angie’ Kukawski has been stopped by her boyfriend, accused of torture and premeditated murder.
Los Angeles Police said they are investigating Kukawski’s death as murder, with the main suspect Jason Barker, who has been arrested.
The deceased had been declared missing since Dec. 22 in the Sherman Oaks area of California. She was later found dead in her vehicle parked on the street.
Prior to Kukawski’s identification, the local network Angelino News reported that a woman in her 50s had been found stabbed to death in the trunk of the vehicle.
Los Angeles police say Kukawski’s 49-year-old boyfriend is the prime suspect, who has been arrested.
Authorities believe Barker killed the mother of five at their home in Sherman Oaks and then placed the body in the car, leaving it parked in the Simi Valley.
They added in their first Fox News dossier that Barker killed Kukawski “with the intent to inflict pain and cruelty on revenge, extortion, submission or sadistic motives.”
The news of Kukawski’s death has permeated the entire American ‘showbiz’ industry where the victim worked for a long time. The woman had been a business manager for names known as Nicki Minaj, Kanye West, family Kardashian and has been a representative of Tupac Shakur’s intellectual property, according to the magazine Variety.
The Kardashian-Jenner clan said in a statement to TMZ that Kukawski was “really the best.”
