The latter also expressed optimism that on May 13, Kosovo and Serbia will reach several agreements. “I hope that this process will take on a new dynamic and I hope that there will be good decisions on May 13 in Brussels. “The first steps could be for mutual recognition of documents and this would be a good signal,” said Lambrecht.
