A kidnapping took place in Lapraka, the perpetrators of which have been arrested.
The police informs that EK, 26 years old, and P. Sh., 32 years old, were arrested in flagrante delicto, for the criminal offense “Illegal deprivation of liberty”.
In cooperation with each other, in Lapraka, they forcibly took in the vehicle the citizen AS, 34 years old.
The materials were forwarded to the Prosecution at the Tirana Court of First Instance, for further procedural actions.
