Plastic bottles are widely used in our country.
From a free observation, it is clear that every Albanian housewife can use a plastic bottle for weeks and in some cases for months.
The bottle is filled and refilled with water, heated, put back in the refrigerator and used endlessly.
Plastic bottles are also used in the milk supply that enable village women and pass from hand to hand and edge to edge.
Surely every housewife thinks that a plastic bottle is not as dangerous to health compared to the other dangers that threaten us every day.
In the summer season, the use of plastic bottles is extremely high due to the need for hydration.
How Many Times Should Plastic Water Bottles Be Refilled?
These bottles unfortunately contain Bisphenol A, a chemical that dissolves in water and returns to the shelter of many dangerous bacteria.
In a single use, these bacteria accumulate exactly in the mouth of the bottle, where we place the lips, so you can imagine what happens with the reuse of these bottles.
The neck of the bottle can never be sufficiently cleaned and always remains wet turning it into a ‘dance floor’ for bacteria.
This chemical has an extremely dangerous effect on human hormones, especially when the bottle is heated by the sun or reused.
Consequently, AgroWeb.org experts recommend that if given the opportunity, you should not buy water bottles from the ones we have seen commonly exposed to the sun for hours in many markets across the country.
Experts advise using the plastic bottle only once and replacing it with glass bottles.
In this way, you will protect not only your health but also the environment in which we live.
