The General Director of the State Leading Police Gledis Nano introduced today, the new Rector of the Security Academy Prof / Doc Ilirjan Mandro.
During his speech, Director Nano praised the work, commitment and professionalism of the former Rector of the Security Academy, Bilbil Memaj, who has already been appointed Adviser in the Cabinet of the General Director of the State Police.
Nano stressed that the Security Academy needed a new impetus and in this context the election of the former Dean of the Faculty of Investigation and Security Ilirjan Mandro, at the head of the Security Academy, will further the projects launched by the Academy itself and by the State Police, to further strengthen this very important institution, not only for the State Police, but for all institutions that guarantee security in the country.
Nano further praised Professor Mandro’s integrity, professional preparation and dedication, and symbolically placed him in the top management rank.
The General Director of the State Police Gledis Nano asked all those present to, together with the new Rector of the Security Academy, work with dedication, honesty and professionalism in educating future generations of Police, as the Security Academy is the most important institution that educates and trains generations, not only of the State Police, but also of many other institutions in the country.
During his speech, Bilbil Memaj thanked the General Director for the evaluation and wished the new Rector success in office.
Ilirjan Mandro has assured Director Nano that his trust to appoint him to this position will be fulfilled with dedication and honesty and through a new philosophy to take the Security Academy to another stage, in the interest of the common good.
