Three owners of buildings in Shiroka, Shkodra, have been declared wanted for illegal construction.
Four other collaborators have also been investigated.
Under investigation are also three employees of IKMT in the Municipality of Shkodra for not exercising their duties.

There are 3 cases of illegal constructions of the competent bodies in Shiroka. 3 citizens are declared wanted for the criminal offense “Illegal construction”, as owners of constructions, and 4 other citizens are prosecuted for “Providing assistance for illegal construction” 3 employees of IKMT in the Municipality of Shkodra are prosecuted for non-exercise of functional tasks in their verification and reporting. Specialists for the Investigation of Economic-Financial Crime, in implementation of the plan of measures to ascertain and crack down on illegality in the field of illegal construction of the competent bodies, have prosecuted the citizens ZP, 66 years old, Gj. L., 67 years old, NB, 49 years old and Gj. N., 36 years old, all three residents in Shkodra, for the criminal offense “Providing assistance for illegal construction” after near the street of the neighborhood Zogaj, were found building a perimeter wall without the relevant permit, on the property of the citizen BT, i who was declared wanted as the owner of the facility for the criminal offense “Illegal Construction”. Also, was proceeded for “Assistance for illegal construction” citizen M.Gj., 60 years old, resident in Shkodra, which was found on Zarufa Street in the neighborhood Shiroka, Shkodra, building a perimeter wall without the relevant permit, on the property of the citizen IZ, who was declared wanted for “Illegal Construction” as the owner of the building.
The citizens EK, 30 years old, MH, 37 years old and MM, 30 years old, all three residents of Shkodra, on duty as employees of IKMT in the Municipality of Shkodra, are also prosecuted in a free state, for the criminal offense “Abuse of duty”, as It is suspected that they exercised control in the building of the citizen Gj.H., 41 years old, resident in the neighborhood Vasil Shanto, Shkodra and did not perform functional tasks in verifying the construction that this citizen was doing, namely a concrete track without the permission of the competent authorities for construction and the area where it is located, classified as a protected area. The citizen Gj.H. was declared wanted as the owner of the facility for the criminal offense “Illegal Construction”. The materials were referred to the Shkodra Judicial District Prosecutor’s Office for further action.
