Last week the English high court rejected the request of some non-governmental organizations which appealed to the court to block the sending of immigrants to Rwanda. But lawyers seeking to block the flight of 30 migrants to Rwanda on Tuesday wasted no time in taking the case to the appellate court.
In the latter Judge Lord Sing up upheld the decision of the English High Court to allow the sending of asylum seekers to Rwanda. The appellate judge said that the decision previously taken was correct and there was no violation of the law as claimed by the appellants.
According to the English Home Office during 2021, 837 Albanians arrived in England through the dangerous boat trip on the English Channel. Just a few months ago TCH showed how in ‘tik tok’ traffickers advertised the dinghy crossing from France to England, for a price of 4 thousand to 6 thousand pounds.
According to the British Ministry of Justice during 2021, 170 Albanians appeared in court and were convicted as involved in cultivating narcotics at home or rented industrial facilities.
