We call on the Ministry of Defense and Reconstruction to hurry up and open funds for Durrës. “Only one convicted deputy minister has rebuilt the palace, the others have not started,” said another resident.
The ongoing protests have turned out to be the only way to raise their voices and make their concern public, in the hope that someone will hear them.
The controlled blasts in the neighborhoods of Durrës, meanwhile, require a good study by the army engineers, due to the new damage they can cause to the many surrounding palaces.
