A 23-year-old woman was wounded with a firearm this morning around 09:20 in the premises of a hotel on the Durrës-Tirana highway.
She acquitted the perpetrator of the injury, Fatbardh D. from Sukthi, who fled the scene leaving the injured there.
The girl, who was taken to the hospital where she is out of danger for life, stated that she was accidentally shot by the boyfriend with whom she was at the hotel.
According to her, he was drunk and his weapon was fired unintentionally.
Leaving the scene is a circumstance that further aggravates the position of the perpetrator suspected of injury, while for the police the circumstances of the crime are still unclear.
Checkpoints have been set up to apprehend the 32-year-old in co-operation with police in neighboring areas of Durres.
