Two years after it was announced that Serbia would cut off arms supplies, officials there began contracting new shipments from Russia.
These agreements come at a time when all eyes are on Moscow and tensions on the border with Ukraine, but also after some warnings from the West about Serbia’s military cooperation with Russia.
