A 25-year-old man of Albanian origin has been arrested by Italian police after being accused of assaulting and robbing a prostitute.
His arrest was made after a woman of foreign nationality denounced that she had boarded a car with a young man to have sex in exchange for a monetary reward, writes Italian media.
In the end, instead of paying him, the Albanian physically attacked him, pushing and slapping him. After the attack, he stole the bag containing the identification documents and about 100 euros.
The carabinieri identified the alleged perpetrator, whose identity has not been made public, shortly before passing through the inhabited city center. The arrest was made in Monticelli Terme in the province of Parma. After that, they tracked him down until he went home, where they searched and found the amount of money stolen.
The detainee indicated where he had thrown the bag stolen by the woman. Everything inside, including identification documents, was returned to the victim.
