Italian police have handcuffed three Albanians, who were found with a large amount of narcotics: three kilograms of heroin hidden in a car.
The operation was led by the service organized by Crotone Police Commissioner Marco Giambra aimed at preventing and suppressing drug offenses.
The three Albanians, who were traveling in a car, were seen moving along state road 106 Jonica at high speed in the Crotone area.
Several police patrols on duty in the area were immediately launched in pursuit of the vehicle which continued to the northern entrance of the city, where agents were able to stop the car and check the passengers.
The three Albanian citizens, blocked, were checked and 3 kilograms of heroin were found in small doses.
They were later declared arrested and subsequently sent to Catanzaro Prison.
