The Italian Parliament has included in the draft budget of Italy for 2022 an amendment for launching the process of factual recognition of pensions of Albanians with work contributions in the friendly country, announced today the Albanian Prime Minister Edi Rama.
In a post on the social network “Facebook”, the Prime Minister writes that the Albanian government will continue contacts until the final approval of the draft budget 2022.
He thanked Prime Minister Mario Draghi, Foreign Minister Luigi di Maio, who said that “they are personally committed to resolving this vital issue for so many good Albanians in friendly Italy.”
Prime Minister Rama, during his official visit to Rome, a month ago asked Italian Prime Minister Mario Draghi to recognize the pensions of Albanians living on the Apennine Peninsula and it seems that the agreement is nearing finalization.
