“BKH’s SPAK ship has broken. The KLP member’s question was very strong. He said all operations end up as abuse of office. Arben Kraja used diplomacy in his response. It is a quarrel over the law on competencies, Kraja says that you are part of SPAK and you should stay under our umbrella, SPAK expects to complete the investigation for about 30 BKH investigators, but this is a relationship that has been intervened by internationals.said Hoxha.
