“Re-establishment” has complained to the High Inspectorate of Justice and the Independent Qualification Commission for Judge Blerina Muça, who accepted the appeal of Enkelejd Alibeaj against the decision of Judge Zhukri.
The Tirana court on 22 April accepted the appeal of the DP, represented by Enkelejd Alibeaj, legitimizing him as a complainant and accepting the right to appeal.
The battle will already take place in the Court of Appeals, after the decision of Judge Blerina Muça to accept the appeal of Enkelejd Alibeaj, where the Court accepts as a party in the process, the deputy chairman of the Democratic Party Alibeaj.
“I inform you that today, on 22.04.2022, Judge Mrs. Blerina Muça, regarding the request submitted by the Democratic Party of Albania represented by Mr. Enkelejd Alibeaj, with object: Annulment of Decision no. 1346/222 Akti, Nr. 3 Decision, dated 25.03.2022 of the Tirana Judicial District Court with Judge Agron Zhukri deciding to adjourn the trial or return it for review in the same court but with another panel, decided in the deliberation room:
– Accepting the complaint of the complaining party, the Democratic Party of Albania, represented by its Deputy Chairman Mr. Enkelejd Alibeaj, against Decision no. 3, dated 25.03.2022 of the Tirana Judicial District Court.
“An appeal is not allowed against the decision”, it is said in the court decision.
