The High Judicial Council refused to call and hear as witnesses officials and former prison officials, probation officers and former officials who, according to Enkeleida Hoxha’s defense, eased the situation of some prisoners by considering them exemplary convicts and balanced behavior, followed by their release by the judge.
The arrested judge was also present during the meeting, who was brought by the prison police. She is being investigated by SPAK for corruption. The judge said that the investigation against her is unfair, while asking for time to submit her submissions.
The disciplinary investigation against the judge started after the release of Hekuran Bill who was released by the judge and then killed.
