The High Council of the Prosecution held its next meeting today, where it has taken a series of decisions.
With 7 votes in favor and 3 against, the Council decided on the temporary appointment of Mr. Moisi Duda, in the position of Head of the Prosecution at the Durrës Court of Appeal, for a period of three months from the date of entry into force of this decision.
The meeting took place in the presence of 10 members and in the absence of Sander Beci, for health reasons, while by a majority vote the Council decided to extend the deadline by another monthly period, for 5 (five) temporary appointments, namely: Mr. Asllan Bajramaj, in the position of Head of the Prosecution at the Court of First Instance Përmet; of Mr. Aurel Zarka, in the position of Head of the Prosecution at the Court of First Instance Vlora; of Mr. Kledian Llaho, in the position of Head of the Prosecution at the Court of First Instance Saranda; of Mrs. Elidjana Kasa, in the position of Prosecutor of the Prosecution at the Court of Appeals in Tirana, and Mr. Kujtim Basha, in the position of Prosecutor of the Prosecution at the Court of Appeal of Durrës.
Further in the announcement of KLP it is stated that:: With the proposal of the Evaluation Commission of Ethical and Professional Activity, the Council decided to start the procedures of verification of property and image and to appoint by lot the rapporteurs for 22 candidates for magistrate prosecutors, who will to graduate from the School of Magistrates in 2022, as follows: Ajkuna Anxhaku, Alban Syri, Albulena Kuliçi, Alisa Spahja, Armida Kaçi, Besmira Vishe, Blerina Musabelliu, Denis Hyka, Denisa Plaku, Eni Çulli, Entela Hasmujaj, Esmeralda Basho, Griselda Haxhiaj, Iva Harka, Ledjana Shkurti, Leonard Suçi, Matilda Fetau, Matilda Peza, Ndriçim Halilaj, Redona Ndoni, Urim Kalia and Vasjana Postol.
At the end of the verification process, the High Council of the Prosecution will decide whether to allow or prohibit candidates who will graduate, to be subsequently appointed magistrate prosecutors.
On the proposal of the Career Development Commission, the High Council of the Prosecution decided to approve the degree of evaluation for each special criterion, for the candidates (Mr. Albert Kuliçi and Mr. Aurel Zarka) for the position of Head of the Prosecution at the Court of First Instance. First Vlora and set the date 03.02.2022, 11.00 for their interviews “.
