Following the publication of the final results by the Central Election Commission (CEC), the Election Complaints and Appeals Panel (ECAP) has so far filed 15 complaints with various candidates of political entities who have expressed their dissatisfaction with the election result.
Mul Desku from ECAP stressed for KosovaPress, that until 17:00 in this Panel were received 15 complaints against the publication of the final results published by the CEC.
He said that the claims of these candidates are that they were wronged by the election result.
“The filing of complaints is in process. There are complaints, so far we have received 15 complaints from different candidates for possible irregularities if there were during the counting and non-compliance of the results from the forms for candidates“, Says Desku.
Political entities can file complaints up to 24 hours after the publication of the final results.
Based on the final results, VV is the first party with 49.95 percent, followed by PDK with 16.9 percent, LDK with 12.64 percent, AAK 7.078 percent.
