But health monitors say the donation is unlikely to reach March.
Vitija says that this situation is as a result of the lack of commitment from the Government.
In the absence of the vaccine, citizens are continuing to spend hundreds of thousands of euros on medicines.
Most of them are bought by patients themselves in the absence of medicines in hospitals.
