The Kremlin announced this Wednesday that Russian officials are ready to hold a second round of talks with Ukraine.
Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said it was unknown whether Ukrainian officials would attend the meeting.
According to Reuters, Peskov has said that Moscow should formulate a tough, thoughtful and clear response against the measures imposed on Western countries to undermine the Russian economy.
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy said yesterday that Russia should stop bombing Ukrainian cities before talks can take place.
