Even if Berisha wins this process that can last from 6 months to 1 year, there will be an appeal of Basha in Appeal 1 year and a half, there will be a recourse to the High Court for almost two years, an appeal to the Constitutional Court and another year and there may also be an appeal to the Strasbourg Court. The judicial conflict between Berisha and Basha will last 5-6 years, therefore this political crisis is not resolved by force.
