Celibashi: In Shkodra, the process has not started in three polling stations. In Dibër, the voting process has started in all polling stations, in 18 centers we have problems due to power outages.
In Durrës there is a problem in a polling station, but now the equipment has been replaced. In a polling station in Durrës is being conducted without equipment. 44 polling stations have been opened in Vora, there is no problem. In Rrogozhina, voting started in 53 polling stations. In Lushnje, 5 centers have problems with cameras and equipment, one center is voting manually.
We have an incident in Dibër, one in Durrës. I want to thank the commissioners who are working despite the weather situation. We hope that within 5 hours, we will resume it even in those centers that have not started yet, or where the voting has been interrupted.
