In his speech, the number two of the Socialist Party called on the citizens of Rrogozhina to vote for Edison Memolla in order, with the support of the government, to become their voice and advance the projects launched in Rrogozhina.

Gjiknuri also spoke about the opposition candidates where he stressed that the opponents are running for second and third place and invited the Democrats to vote for Edison Memolla on March 6, because the DP dissidents do not deserve to get any votes.
“Citizens often say that this work is over, that the two are fighting over who will take second or third place. But we do not want our son ‘accident’, we want him with the popular vote of Rrogozhina. This is what you should say to every socialist. Go and knock on the one who is a Democrat: O brother of these three who are, who looks the best?
I also have a message for the Democrats: Even those who love the Democratic Party, will you unite the PD? Vote for Edin, so that those two, the two dissidents, understand that they have no vote. Rrogozhina MP, Etjen Xhafaj, stressed that these elections are elections between ‘two worlds’, on the one hand the Socialist Party with a candidate who will represent the citizens by providing solutions to their problems and on the other hand the opposition candidates divided in two from “lock” and “lost”.
