“We voted for all the candidacies that came from the associations of the former persecuted, what happened in the law commission, all the other candidacies were rejected, the number of those selected was more than the vacancies. We recall that the Socialists decided to reject Mirakaj’s candidacy after he was proposed in the Assembly with the signature of Sali Berisha. 64 deputies voted against, only 17 in favor and one abstained.
